Bianchi Cup Netherlands 2025: Production Optics win

In early August 2025 I travelled to Druten. The next morning, on 7 and 8 August, we went straight onto the range.
The programme was the four classic events: Barricade, Practical, Moving Target and Falling Plates. That is the Bianchi Cup sequence I know; the exact distances and times are in the CMP rules. On this range the facility switches between indoor and outdoor bays. That shaped the day.
In Production Optics I won with 1,862 points and 131 X. In Standard Metallic I finished second.
The organisation and range officers kept the match calm. The atmosphere was sporting and focused, without noise around the placements.
Straight after the journey home I was back at work as an instructor of the PAA Shooting Academy. The match ends; the teaching does not.
