Background
Michael Paa keeps the roles distinct: on the range the score and the rulebook decide; at the academy the work is safe firearms handling; in hunting it is responsibility toward game and ground.
BDMP — Bund der Militär- und Polizeischützen e.V. — is a German shooting-sports federation with national and international disciplines, including Bianchi Cup. Michael Paa’s affiliation is sporting; he represents Germany, and in 2025 the team result also records Team BDMP Germany. He is not an employee or official of the federation.
PAA Shooting Academy offers introductory shooting and professional firearms training in Bavaria, for sport shooters, hunters, security services and authorities. Seminars, firearms and ammunition trade, and state-recognised proficiency courses sit alongside. Tactical training and industry range days are organised in the Czech Republic among other places.
